We are settling into a routine here at Imperial Bonita Estates in Bonita Springs Florida. This has become one of my very favorite beach locations. After watching the National Weather today it also seems to be the place to be for warm, sunny weather. Temperatures are usually in the 80’s with a light breeze.
Our morning routine consists of me joining up with the Old Spokes bike club and biking 15 to 20 miles and Denise learning line dancing, volunteering at the resort library and getting in her 10,000 step walk. After lunch it is free time to sight see, spend time at the beach, socializing, get some great ice cream or just find a good restaurant. This area is not lacking for good restaurants.
On the weekend, the farmers market downtown Bonita Springs has a great variety of fresh and reasonably price produce. Next door to our RV resort is a gigantic flea market that has a great tiki bar with live music that I sit and listen while Denise is wondering around.
Of all the places that we have been in Florida, we really like this area. It has a nice, clean and a safe feel.
